Hm I wonder if its true.. and if it is.. I believe she would cover it with makeup until she wanted to revealit..
but then again it takes awhile for a tattoo to heal correct? so in order to show it recently it would have had to been done before so it could heal and look good enough..?
Dunno.. I know next to nothing about tattoos because the thought of the pain of getting one scares me.. ^_^;
