They may have meant sexy & fashionable, rather than the rather... well certainly more Koda than Ayu image that the term "sex kitten" usually conjures in people's minds. The writer probably only saw the Duty & LOVEppears cd covers or something prior to writing that. o_O

But ayu is definitely not a "sex kitten".
