Kumi has in the past come out with some really excellent hip-hop songs. My favorite would probably be "NO TRICKS", but lately she has fallen off of the hip-hop bandwagon. Her music now is more pop and I haven't really been feelin' the hip-hop songs she has come out with recently.
Anyway, my vote goes to Namie. I think Namie has a voice more geared toward hip-hop/R&B. It's very smooth and sexy.
