I don't mind Because of You since I love it but it has been kinda repeated awhile back, and my only concern for NEVER EVER is that her voice kinda hard to reach the high note

Yeah, she just doesn't seem to have the voice for those songs anymore. And NEVER EVER to me feels like a bad version of Free & Easy with boring soft verses and booming refrains.
Because of You: has been done a lot the past few years and she doesn't hold those notes anymore that make the original so awesome. :/
