It's pretty hard for hyba to get a certification.
Digital sales aren't that high anymore as well it seems.
Kuu's Ai wo tomenaide was at #1 for 3 weeks straight and just got Gold; Kana Nishino's Sakura, I love you? was 2 weeks at #1 and just got Gold as well so far and she's one of the big digital sellers.
PC downloads got a bit better though, there never weren't much songs certified for it, it happens more often now.
