Her official merchandise for UB World Tour is sold on a website which ships internationally, but Jolin's team has blocked shipping for her merchandise outside of Taiwan
Honestly besides sites such as Taobao, which are not available to us, unless you know someone who lives in Taiwan...
Oh, I managed to buy her Tour pamphlet on ebay a few months ago. You can try there maybe but don't get your hopes up too high
