Again it's a matter of logic.
She's not just some random weeaboo.
She's the queen of jpop. She knows potentially millions of people will see her wearing things she wears. There's no way she doesn't have anything with any foreign writing or symbol vetted and explained to her so that she can approve of what is being seen, and understood.
