"Also, "ayumi hamasaki COUNTDOWN LIVE 2019-2020 ～Promised Land～ A" will be a special one night only live countdown show that will use dynamic pricing for ticket sales. However, starting in February 2020 each show for the "ayumi hamasaki TROUBLE TOUR 2020 A (TBD)" will not be using dynamic pricing. The prior ticket sales system from before will be used instead."

Email confirmed they will go back to the old lottery system for the 2020 tour. Good to know!
