Tickets are forbidden to be resold, but people do it anyway:-) I don't know about tickets for foreigners, but for Japanese its different this time: you won't print your ticket, it will be sent by mail 2 weeks before the show. I don't know why they changed that, because now you have to pay for expensive delivery, I dislike it. There's a possibility that foreign fans will have to receive tickets at the venue, so it will be late to sell.

Most likely it'll look like this: if you win, you pay by credit card online, and then you receive your ticket at a special counter at the venue on the day of the concert, for example by showing your digital TeamAyu member card.
