^No not at all really. But It's quite logical that ppl think so since all over Japan they are still saving up electricity e.t.c. I would love a out-door-daylight-only-concert. Simple and lovely. Kind of like the first half of Stadium Tour.
But yeah, that's only my wishing. Haha. I know it wont be true since they will do it inside already-booked-arenas.
