cd japan-says here that it costs 42.something.Will the price go up to much when the shipping is included? (Shipping is to Puerto Rico by the way)
And if I pre-order in cd japan can I pay with paypal?And final question,If I pre-order,it come with the photobook or whatever extras avex might give right?
