I must assume she goes to a park in a very rich expensive neighborhood with lots of celebrities and rich people that have no interest in taking a picture of her/or even recognize her. Remember she went to Harajuku, walked around, ate crepe and no one spotted her? She wasn't even wearing a mask. I think more and more she have been able to walk around freely. And paparazzis in Japan wouldn't dare taking a picture of she and her son as it could become a huge lawsuit.
