While I do agree that it was her and her staff's responsibility to get back on time and I particularly agree that she could have gone back with as few people as possible, if she was as sick as they claim in the Yahoo Japan article with acute pharyngitis I wouldn't want her to perform anyway. At some point, your health has to come first.
It's not worth pushing yourself over the limit for one out of a million TV performances. Has she sung sick during the past, yes. Has she sung with broken bones, yes. But even still, the idea that just because you can means you should is ridiculous. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do and some times you have to put yourself first. People are just going to have to get over it to be honest.
