Wait, Days/GREEN was released on 17th December 2008 - it was counted towards 2009. Yes the week starting on 23rd is a single weekly chart. Still the double weekly chart isn't the first Oricon week in the year, which means that You were.../BALLAD is also going to be counted towards 2010.
