I got in touch with Ai Otsuka international community facebook fanpage because I found Ai streamed a concert in September on Thumva. So they said they were able to enjoy the show without a VPN. Naturally, there's a chance this has changed. Anyway, they gave me a twitter link of theirs with some tips for overseas fans They were so kind
