Of course it is just your opinion. I was simply pointing out some bad logic. Mostly that anyone singing a Christmas song, must be Christian.
And I don't think anyone can "explain it" because Ayu herself has never said anything about it. I said that I would guess that Ayu doesn't believe in any one religion at all for several reasons but the main one being that from my experience living in Japan, that seems to be the way most of the country is. Also take into acount that Ayu has not just used Christian imagery before, but imagery from several other cultures. What makes Christianity the more prevalant one? Just because it is the Western one? Also, Masa wrote a good post about why Ayu probably doesn't center around any one religion.
