I thought that was a possibility when I saw the Ohia name, like Ohia Hamasaki seems... right, but it could be just a reference to the legend and flower.
When I saw that part of the lyrics though I just saw it as "when you're old enough to know your name" not that the song literally had to do with the name, but it's just something that parents wonder when their kids are growing up.
