I was excited to see her there for HOTEL Love songs, but ayu barely acknowledged it. I don't think she really associates with Fukuoka anymore she's been in Tokyo so long. The weekend I saw her she literally flew in the Saturday morning and back on the Sunday night.
Yeah that's probably why she's selling/sold her beach house in Fukuoka, she doesn't have anything there anymore.
