So true. Ayu concerts are extremely loud if you have seats close to the stage. During Arena Tour 2015 I had seats very close to the stage 2 days in a row and the sound was so loud that I felt as if it was cutting my ears like a sharp knife. During Forgiveness refrain those 'iiiiiiii" notes were killing my ears, I saw a girl in front of me having the same problem, she had to cover her ear with hand and towel. I had to consult a doctor afterwards because my left ear was hurting and I couldn't hear well for a long time. After that I bought ear plugs in 100 yen shop and successfully protected my ears during recent Countdown live, they literally saved my ears. There's no way I would ever attend such a loud concert without ear plugs.
But regardless of how loud the show is you can hear people singing and talking if they're standing next to you.
