Ayu @ Matsumoto Shave Ice
I'm not sure when this was taken, but I just ran into this picture of Ayumi at Matsumoto Shave Ice in Hawaii. I hope that this isn't somethign that everyone already knows about, but the pic is from their website along with pictures of other famous people that have been there. Just thought I'd share.

The picture, going by hairstyle, actually reminds me more of 2000 then 2002. It was in the (miss)understood photobook, but even so, thanks for sharing anyway.

I would venture that it's when she went to Hawaii to film SURREAL (year 2000). In the SCawaii August 2005 issue, the headline says that she hadn't been to Hawaii in about 5 years.

LOL, I go there sometimes. But it's WAY out of town, so not that often. Pretty awesome.
I remember that spot where they took the picture in front of Macy*s in the "On my way" photobook. I stood there for about 5 minutes listening to "fairyland". LOL.
