No. The lips, eyebrows and face shape plus the forehead are totally different.

She ressembles Ayu a bit, probably because of the nose and eyes, but I don't think it's her.

And I think Ayu's wearing white make-up in one eye and black make-up in the other, it could be why one looks bigger. Well, it's what it looks like it to me ^^;
But, I don't understand why anyone even mentioned lazy eyes in the first place... Keiko doesn't have a lazy eye in that photo... does she? I can't see it XD

That picture has been reversed so obviously it would look weird. No one is perfectly symmetrical.

That is most certainly not Ayu, although I'm sure you've already established that judging from all the previous posts. I guess I can see a slight resemblance though .
