That's really sad. He's one of the most iconic artists of all time.
Rest in peace.

Two days ago I received Blackstar. I was sooo hyped and so certain the album would be liked by the public. Lazarus videoclip even looked like the resurrection of this hero. Now the song has a new meaning to me. As if he was already telling us that he prepared himself for the worst.
David Bowie is my favourite male singer. I could not believe the news, but it is as it is.
Definetely mourning but truely proud of him for what he has done in the world. May you rest in peace in heaven, Bowie. My condolences to the family.

We could all be heroes for one day.

Saw this thread title yesterday and thought it was a joke or like, a horrible rumor. It just didn't connect. Then I immediately checked the news and was shocked.

While I can't say I listened to David, his music was certainly a huge influence on artists everywhere. My dad was a huge fan, so I was exposed to him since I was a child.

My biggest connection to him is Labyrinth which I was obsessed with!

The music industry certainly lost someone special.

I watched his last video and it gave me goosebumps...
