I can't wait either! I typically prefer their Japanese remakes more than the Korean versions so I'm curious to see if that will be the case with "STEP" as well. At the least, this song should be a b-side rather than a bonus track that is only going to be on the limited edition of the CD Only.

While I do think that the video is nice because it is a completely different concept from their previous Japanese songs, I do have to admit that I am a bit underwhelmed with the video and even more so with the song. The song sounds very average and is quite boring compared to their previous releases. I hope that the MV and song for "Girls Power" is better. Here's the official teaser for "Girls Power"

usually KARA's songs grow on me after being underwhelmed at first listen, but I can't see Speed Up ever growing on me. i can't get used to that amount of autotune. there's so much it reminds me of the autotuned-to-death debut song by Girl's day.
but also if you try to ignore the autotune you're still left with a bland song that isn't catchy at all. if this is how they're going to do their sexy songs from now on i definitely prefer cute KARA. girl's power sounds a lot better and more fun, even if their voices are like the highest pitched ever lol. so i'm looking forward to that more, and hope they'll promote it more than Speed Up.

i'm liking the song more after listening to it again, but i don't think i'll love it because all that autotune in the chorus keeps annoying me

one of their best PVs ever IMO! it's so cute and bright and fun.
idk about the song in full, it's really cute but not sounding as good as their other cute songs. hopefully it will grow on me. it's a lot better than speed up though!

Thank you so much for posting the PV! I agree with you in regards to the song and video. I think the setting and theme of the video are adorable but the song itself is not as good as their previously released cute songs. To be honest, I find the high notes to be quite grating on the ears and for me, it deters from the song a little ( I tend to cover my ears when it gets to those high pitched notes). Overall, I still like it better than "Speed Up". Taking all this into consideration, I think that the Japanese version of "STEP" that is going to be on the CD Only limited version is going to be the highlight of this single.
