'This is Arashi LIVE 2020.12.31' to be released on Blu-ray & DVD

Arashi's last live before their hiatus, 'This is Arashi LIVE 2020.12.31,' will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on December 29.

'This is Arashi LIVE 2020.12.31' was the group's first live streaming concert. They performed a variety of their songs released over the past two decades.

The Blu-ray and DVD will be released in both limited and regular editions. The Limited Edition will come with a special footage titled 'This is Arashi LIVE behind the scenes -5nin no Iru Keshiki-' focusing on the members as they prepared for the live.

Fuji TV's music special '2021 FNS Kayousai' will broadcast live on December 1st and 8th.

'FNS Kayousai' is a music program where various artists participate to perform famous masterpieces as well as the latest hits. One of the highlights of the program is an unexpected collaboration by the performers. This year, it will be broadcast live on December 1st and 8th for a total of nine and a half hours. Both days will be hosted by Aiba Masaki (Arashi) and Fuji TV reporter Nagashima Yuumi.

Ninomiya Kazunari holds hands with a robot in first poster for 'TANG'

The release month and first poster for Ninomiya Kazunari's starring film 'TANG' have been revealed.

Directed by Miki Takahiro, 'TANG' is a film-adaptation of British author Deborah Install's novel 'A Robot In The Garden.' It follows the life of Kasugai Ken, a game addict who is abandoned by his wife. One day, he meets a robot named Tang, who has lost its memory and embarks on an adventure together.

The film will be released in August of 2022. In the first poster, Kasugai is seen carrying a backpack and holding hands with Tang. This poster will be gradually distributed at movie theatres beginning November 26.

Matsumoto Jun & Ueto Aya to play husband & wife in drama 'Tonari no Chikara'

Actress Ueto Aya has been cast in TV Asahi's upcoming drama series 'Tonari no Chikara' to premiere in January.

'Tonari no Chikara' is a home comedy about Nakagoshi Chikara, played by Arashi's Matsumoto Jun, a self-proclaimed novelist and father of two children who lives in a Tokyo apartment. Chikara can't help but to get involved in the resident's problems, which eventually leads to the residents forming a strong community.

Ueto will play Chikara's wife Akari, who is the manager of an apparel shop. This will be Matsumoto and Ueto's first time co-starring in a drama.

Matsumoto commented, "It's our first time acting together, but we went to the same high school and I've known her for a long time, so I'm happy yet embarrassed to play a husband and wife role... It's comfortable because we know each other well, but at the same time, it could be awkward."

Similarly, Ueto stated, "I met Matsumoto-san when I was 15 or 16, so when I think about that, I feel embarrassed. But it's also very comfortable, and he gives me straightforward advice, so filming is very fun everyday!"

'Tonari no Chikara' is written by Yukawa Kazuhiko, who was also in charge of the script for 'Kaseifu no Mita' and 'Kahogo no Kahoko.'
