L'Arc-en-Ciel (ラルク アン シエル, Rainbow in French) is a Japanese rock band, formed in 1991. They are one of the most popular and affluent bands in Japan. L'Arc-en-Ciel are known for their pop-rock sound while they occasionally produce heavier or more experimental tracks, ranging from techno to loose ballads with full string orchestration.

L'Arc-en-Ciel to hold 2-day live at Tokyo Dome during Christmas season

L'Arc-en-Ciel will hold a Christmas live titled 'L'Arc-en-Ciel: LIVE 2018 L'ArChristmas' on December 19 and 20 at Tokyo Dome.

The last time the band has held a live was '25th L'Anniversary LIVE' in April of last year. Fans can look forward to hearing Christmas numbers, such as "Hurry Xmas" at the upcoming live.

To enter the lottery for ticket pre-ordering, members of L'Arc-en-Ciel's fan club 'LE-CIEL' must submit their applications between September 6 at 12:00 noon to September 14 at 5:00 pm, and members of their mobile site 'L'mobile' between September 26 at 12:00 noon and October 1 at 5:00 pm. Afterwards, a lottery will open to the general public on Ticket Board from November 12 at 12:00 noon to November 18 at 11:59 pm.

Saw HYDE live today for the first time at the tv asahi DREAM FESTIVAL. It was pretty cool, really enjoyed his show! I only had hoped for him and YOSHIKI performing their new collaboration today, but I guess this was never going to happen anyway.

Yes, it was X JAPAN. The whole festival actually felt like X JAPAN and guests, since most people seemed to be there for X anyway and everyone was most energetic during their perormance.

Usually for such music events , only if you're a fan of probably 70% of the artistes that perform on it , then it's worth your money but that's a rarity

YOSHIKI & HYDE's song 'Red Swan' to be released on October 3

YOSHIKI and HYDE's song "Red Swan," which is currently being used as the opening theme for 'Shingeki no Kyojin,' will be released on October 3.

The single will come in two different versions: YOSHIKI feat. HYDE Edition and Shingeki no Kyojin Edition. The YOSHIKI feat. HYDE Edition jacket cover features a swan in a red background, while the Shingeki no Kyojin Edition jacket cover shows the anime characters Eren and Levi. "Red Swan" will also be available for download worldwide starting October 3.

YOSHIKI and HYDE's collaboration doesn't end here. YOSHIKI will be making an appearance on the last day of HYDE's annual Halloween live 'HALLOWEEN PARTY 2018 supported by XFLAG' on October 28 at Makuhari Messe.
