Audio Recording

I was wondering if anyone knew of a any good Audio Recording prgrams that I could get off the internet. I have found some but I'm having no luck with recording audio from them very well.

The reason I ask is I wanted to download some audio froma flash cartoon but I don't have any programs to record the audio from it.

It would be awesome if someone could help me find some software or even record the lil 1 minute and half a audio clip for me.
