Indonesian Diva sang 'LOVE ~since 1999~' in Tokyo LIVE

KrisDayanti, an indonesian super pop diva [kind of indonesia's ayumi hamasaki] just finished her 'LIVE in Tokyo' promo tour a couple of months ago, the tour is now broadcasted in a local TV station in indonesia called 'KD LIVE IN TOKYO'

but that's not the news

last night [June 5th 2005] i ACCIDENTLY watched that show and i was very surprised when i heard she singing the lyrics in japanese, i was like WTF and when i look at the screen it's written 'LOVE (ayumi)'

and then i went 'WHAAAAAAAAT?????!!!!!!!'

and so i listened to the lyrics and then i knew it's LOVE ~since 1999~ [because the chorus is in engrish] and i think she did very good singin that song,

well, KD is well known as a diva with a very good voice and she always performs GREAT, and this time it's SUPER great, because she's singin ayu's song!

i think KD did even better than ayu's orignal LOVE ~since 1999~, lots of improvisations, KD's voice are just magnificent, that performance truly rocks!

i just want to share my happy feelings with you lovely AHS people, because i was really happy last night, i called my friends during the performance told them to change the channel and watch KD sings ayu's song i was just soooooooo HAPPY!

unfortunately i got no pictures to put here, sorry hehe

dammit !! i'm lateee >.<~ my friends watched that.. channel tv7 and 11 PM right ? and my friends told me that her outfit is similiar to ayu ? wanna hear her sound.. ^^

i'm from indonesia too, i want to post it too.but deep snow is one step ahead than i am
haha..i see her performance too
ayu is much better than her..
ayu voice is really high!! and Krisdayanti (called KD) is trying to get her voice in the same tune as ayu but i think she not get it..
i'm really shocked too, i jump from my chair and turned up my tv volume..WHAT! she sing love!! haha..i'm happy and very proud of it..
Krisdayanti is really well known diva in indonesia. I know that she know ayu too. (i think KD is ayu fans) because there is many style that KD copy from ayu
KD is held a concert at tokyo and she use the same building that ayu use for her carols pv..(its just my opinion but i think there is many similarity)
haha..i'm forget to record it..hope there will a reply show

I'm indonesian too! Yeah, i've heard of the performance and it was good!
Anyway, KD lately has also performed at the SCTV Music Award (local TV music award show) and she was wearing a similar costume and hairstyle with Ayu's Duty costume in COUNTDOWN LIVE 2004-2005,, I think she's trying to follow Ayu's style (which is good).

because this thread make people feel really curious about Krisdayanti (KD)
i will attach some pictures about her. i will attach her new cover album that called "Cahaya" or "LIGHT". It's has a similarity with ayu "memorial address" the same hairstyle and the same photoshoot theme. KD release it with 4 cover version just like ayu usually do..but i think it's ok, if KD try to copy ayu

Don't see the "copying" here. People can get so picky sometimes.
