I have no Idea who this singer is. I am pretty sure she is in a band. But I have no idea. Can anyone help me.

I agree she looks like Mocchi... but her eyes aren't like hers. At first I thought she looked like Sayumi from MoMusu

Not Mocchi for sure. Female in a band, so I checked GARNET CROW, but she doesn't look like the person in the picture neither, so I have no idea.
