Are Orange Range songs really that good? I've only heard few songs from them but really, their releases sell alot.

Few weeks ago I watched a taiwanese tv entertainment program and they call Mika the Jpop Queen. Hehe, I guess there can be more than one Jpop Queen, yes?

Orange Range actually were more popular last year. Personally to me I don't like their songs except a couple of catchy songs and Hana.

And no Mika is not the Jpop Queen. Her last album didn't sell well and I'm quite sure that the reason she's having all this popularity is simply because of NANA, in my opinion. Same goes to Yuna Ito. Many artists' debut single really sells badly in most cases. Ayu, Ai, Hitomi Shimatani and many others' debut single didn't sell well. Even though I must say that her single was really good and well sung.

But hey! Haha, she's the best solo female artiste other than Mika! (Hers was due to NANA and both Glamorous Sky and Endless Story sold very well, due to the movie's popularity indefinitely)

However, yar ... gone are the days of 1 million mark singles ... ever since the J-pop industry subsided ...

I thought it was "H". "&" sold a little less than 600 000 copies. I'm getting tired of ORANGE RANGE, seriously. Never liked them, except for "LOCOLOTION" which was a cover. Yay for Ayu! I didn't expect HEAVEN to be in the yearly top 20, how great!

I think she did well, in some ways. Her best single did better than last years, and although she diden't get as many singles in the chart her full sales are better.
