Sorry I didnt notice new thread, as I said 30億 the kanji near 30 means BILLION so its 30billions = 300+ Million USD (dont remember exactly but it's 191 Million Euro)

No, 30億 is 3 billion yen as 1億 is 100 million, so it's 30 million USD.
