Ummm.... o_o

name = no.

Very VERY no.

Teriyaki?? TERIYAKI?!?! How much of a stereotype could they have come up with??? It's as though we're back in the 60's when "ue wo muite arukou" became Sukiyaki ALL OVER AGAIN. ~_~!! The Z just makes it SO much tackier too. x_x

I totally agree, I wish they would stop trying to live off common Japanese stereotypes. Blah, it'd be nice to see them make it though... but gawd what a lame group name.

I almost hope they don't do very well. You know, enough so they know they sell okay, but not so well that "Teriyaki Boyz" is a household name. cuz.... ugh, that'd be a crap name to commonly hear around the household. ~_~

I just want m-flo and ripslyme to come over here on their own as well as dragon ash, crystal kay... there are plenty of r&b/hip-hop/rap artists that would do well over here. A semi-english version of Ex-Boyfriend would be a HUGE hit, i think.

I hear yah, I would like to see Japanese singers from Hawaii take on America like say melody. or Yuna Ito. They have awesome voices and pronunciation to begin with.

Um, wait .. am I confusing myself or did this label sign Utada also? :|

I just hope that it gains some advertisement .. or else the CD.. I don't see it doing very well in America, even though a few of those guys mentioned are fluent in English.

Woah...highly...highly unexpected. @.@

I really like VERBAL, and my host sister is obsessed with Rip Slyme. So we'll see how this goes over in my house. =P

I am just...blown away right now...too bad I don't like Teriyaki.

I just know Teriyaki Boyz will do the great job in the US!
See, Nigo is a really good friend of Pharrell Williams. Hello!?!?! Pharrell is like a god of the god. He's one of the best producers/artists himself. and the song "Cho Large" (Teriyaki Boyz) that produced by The Neptunes is so great. I know people will love TB if they just open their mind and take a real listen.

^Um, didn't Utada get help from Timbaland and still her album didn't do well? I don't think it really matters if they're getting help from others.

I may be doubting them, but oh well. Good luck to them.
