ok....it sounds too similar but maybe they were making a cover of this song, like many other artists but I don,t know if thats legal though O.O

well if you read the comment and see the video you'd realise that they never apply for copywrite nor credit GACKT or whatsoever on the song... and convieniently say that everything is composed by the leader of the group...

the pettition is to collect signatures to appeal

to Taiwan Jungiery Star Office encroached NIPPON CROWN CO,.LTD

and singer Gackt's copyright. Isn't it like the right thing to do??

I agree that some of the comments by the people are rather crude, though......

^well about the Jolin Tsai thing, i think it's because she used to make covers of some songs without crediting or something like that

I remember seeing the video of this months ago, and I was dying of laughter over it because it sounded horrible, especially because the vocals were out of synch with the music. I really think this is a ripoff.

It won't be a big deal if it's a cover since Taiwanese singers do it all the time. But this time, read carefully. Toro from Typhoon claimed to have composed this piece (that's almost similar to Gackt;s original composition, Vanilla) himself.

omg.....thats so.....poor gackt he must have worked so hard on Vanilla and then some composer claims that its his own work just like that....
gackt should really sue them. all gackt fans write gackt a letter and show this to him!

I am really disgusted. Not only did they plagiarise it, they didn't even bother to do a decent job of it.

I think an apology is really due from Jungiery/Typhoon, because I believe there are enough grounds for copyright infringement. Heck, the arrangement is an exact copy down to the last note!

And I don't understand how people can still defend Typhoon on the YouTube site. Lyrics by Toro, yes, but definitely not the melody/arrangement.

Yea, so there's a link at the first post to a Gackt fansite where they are collecting signatures to sue Typhoon's company!!

I know its not a coincidence I saw the two pvs in youtube and it's so similar! but fans of Typhoon say that to deny it.
