I know it's tomosaka rie, but I don't know if it's correct since I can't find that song in amazon & cdjapan. >.>
Perhaps it's miss-labeled.

I picked up the lyrics and searched for it. It is 泣いちゃいそうよ (Naichaisou yo) by ともさかりえ (Tomosaka Rie), released as a single on 2 February 1997.

The title basically means "I think I'm gonna cry".

Are you sure? I do not know any single released on February 2nd, 1997 by Rie.
