[QUESTION] How to buy from mu-mu?

I usually buy the ayu stuff from YA, me-shop and nippon-export, but nippon-export is the only site which also offers fan stuff from the concerts, but it's always so fast sold out from nippon-export.
I visited mu-mu and saw that they still have lots of stuff but the site is all in Japanese.

Does mu-mu also exists in English or is there any other site you know which sells fan stuff from the concerts?

mu-mo is japanese only, and will only ship domestically, meaning they will not ship outside of Japan. The only way you can buy things from them, is by going through what we call a 'middle-man'. Those online companies(I personally like to use Crescent Shop, but I heard Celga is good too) will act exactly as they are called, to be in the middle of you and the japanese online website. They will receive the item for you, and then ship it to you. The only thing is that you have to pay for everything(price of the item, plus shipping inside of Japan), on top of the shipping fee when they send it to you, and they also charge and 'handling' fee, which varies from one company to the other. That can come down to be expensive, but if you can't find it anywhere else, then it might be your only ressource.

For Concerts good of Ayu, I always keep an eye on eBay. But most of them are overpriced and come down to be cheaping when using a middle-man. Crescent Shop mostly only directly deals with Yahoo Japan Auction, you can search and bid on items displayed, but if you wish to order from mu-mo you can send them a message and request that they order the items for you. They will let you know if it's possible and how much it will cost(though for a specific total, you might need to ask).

I'm still new to all of this myself, and have never ordered anything from mu-mo through any middle-man. Last weekend I JUST started bidding on things through Crescent Shop, and even though it's confusing and I seem to be unlucky with a bug or two, it works alright. You just have to be careful with the fees(because they also require a 50$ deposit, though you can get it back later).
