First off, a message from Deli, the translator:

I do not know japanese well enough to be doing this, and that's the truth. These translations are mostly based on two things. One, the ONE YEAR of japanese that I took in college, which was enough for me to learn very basic grammar. They're enough to get the general idea behind ayu's messages, but I'm not gonna be totally accurate as far as her exact wording of things, especially when she types cutely and not in dictionary-perfect, semi-polite japanese.

What gives me the right to be doing this, then? Only the fact that no one else is doing it, and this is the best english-speaking fans can get. Ayu's voice is a good example - this isn't in the media, and these messages are the only way we could possibly know this.

I DO try to be as accurate as possible, however - I do believe in being as true as possible to what ayu is saying.

It's against TeamAyu terms of service to repost her japanese messages, however, otherwise I'd be asking you all for corrections. However, if you happen to find the original text on another ayu site, and have corrections for me (or entire re-translations even), PLEASE post them.

That is all. Just thought I'd let everyone know this since I seem to be doing this alot these days. ~

This message is kind of annoying though... the whole first half of it is an ad for ZACC. I was left in suspense waiting for news on her voice until that part ended.
The second half bears no good news, however.

Although I know there are people who already know about it & who've already seen it, I ask that you allow me to mention the beauty parlor "ZACC", where I've been going for the past 9 years~ (*^_^*)

ZACC's Owner, Takahashi, has been doing not only my hair cutting & coloring, but most recently has worked on my magazine shoots, TV appearances, CMs & PVs, all that kind of stuff~.

Despite that, I'm acting as shop-promoter girl for the first time, asking that you visit the Aoyama or Daikanyama locataion of ZACC beauty parlor~.
Going there is quite a nice experience, so if you have the chance everyone, go check it out.

Incidentally, as a follow-up, they seem to be having a campaign where you can get a good deal if you order a haircut to look like me. (I'm going overboard talking about this, haha)

Alright alright, I'm done talking about that now.

I've been pretty depressed since this morning.
My voice is still not at all healed, so I'm really anxious about the live shows tomorrow & the day after, and I'm getting nervous...

But even today while I was leaving Haneda Airport and arriving at Komatsu Airport I got to see everyone's smiling faces.
Because of that, somehow my mind was put quite at ease.

When I arrived at the hotel & checked TA, everyone had written so many warm messages, with worries of my voice on their mind.
Because of that, somehow my heart was strengthened.




Sometimes the morals that are part of my personality are strengths, and sometimes they're weaknesses, I've realized.



Yeah.
No matter how much I think about all of this, it can't be helped.
I've already done all I can.

After this..... everyone in Fukui, from your heart I think it would be good for you to be able to enjoy the show.
In this limited amount of time we have, moment to moment, with all your might, always live with care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no wonder last year when my friend went to ZACC to get her hair cut, she told me she saw some pictures of ayu(unpublish) in the store. So ayu did get her hair cut from there.

poor thing.. I hope she keeps some tea and lemon with her to help with her poor voice..I always hated losing my voice to that extent (the screechy squeeky high pitch when talking).. it could last me from 1-3 weeks..
