When you search, is text in spoilers included?

I was wondering about this, I don't wanna kill people's internet w/ my new request thread list.....but at the same time I'd rather people who want to find a specific song/album to be able to find it w/ the search engine if i do use spoilers to save pageload time.

Yeah, when I've searched keywords before I've gotten words that were in spoilers. =)
