BLUE BIRD first press poster

I have read, that the first press of BLUE BIRD came with a poster. Does anybody have a scan of this? HQ is preffered, but anything will do, as I just want to see it

Edit: I also found some other first press posters I am missing:
Dream ON & Days/GREEN
