YOU COPYCAT!! ARRRGGHHHH!!!

Errr here's mine. I really regret getting these.

Christina Milian- It's About Time
Rubbish. Plain rubbish. Its all been done to death that this reeks. It sounds like Beyonce while not being as good as Beyonce. It has only 2 good tracks, Dip It Low and Whatever U Want. The others are rubbish. Stay away.

Lindsay Lohan- Speak
Ok. I bought it feeling like a million bucks. It left me feeling like I've been cheated by a cheap hooker. So useless. Its horrible. Ugh. Hilary Duff was better. At least her singles were awesome.

Twelve Girls Band- Shining Energy
I never got past the first 3 tracks. Its one big ugly lullaby. I'm just not cut for this kind of instrumental album. Really sleepy. Perfect for Chinese restaurants though.

Melissa Auf Der Mar- Melissa Auf Der Mar
I blame the hype. Reviews were hailing the album like it was some kind of rock ambrosia. I found it ok at best. Don't really care, I need to listen to it again, but it never got to me even after 10 spins. Probably in a few years. Bleh.

Final Fantasy VI- Original Soundtrack
Ummm.. I bought it because I was a big fan of the game. After a week, the novelty wore off. And now I'm left with MIDI music. So... What am I to do with this? Cost me a fortune, this 3 disc set.

Ayumi Hamasaki- Heaven
Explained elsewhere. Bad remixes. Everything else was on (miss)understood. Need I say more? A reminder to me to "NOT BUY EVERY CD+DVD SINGLE".

Hmm..lets see..
Mariah Carey - The Emancipation Of Mimi
..I dont really know why people are going ga-ga over her these days..Her songs in this album never really "WOWed" me or got me to "My GroOve" but im really curious why she was labelled as the "Queen Of Comeback" this year..Her "BUtterfly" album was definitely hotter than this..

Hilary Duff - Most Wanted
"The Beat of my heart" got me real bad..bad enough to make a mistake in buying her album..An album full of not-so-nice "New Mixes" and Hilary's sqeaky voice..I am really curious why i liked "The Beat of my heart" so much..lol..

Fort Minor - The Rising Tied
I am never going to buy a hip-hop album ever..Now I really realized that Hip-Hop really isnt my cup-of-tea in music..but i did like 2 songs in it..in short,a big waste of money..

@Rendy: are you interested in selling your LOVE album to me? I want it very badly since it's the only Mika album that I'm missing.
To prevent a sense of remorse after purchasing a CD, I usually download the album to sample the tracks before I actually buy the CD. I did regret buying Maroon 5's Songs about Jane though.

I've bought many, many albums I regret ever having bought in the past - everything from Korn to Slipknot and Thunderdome to Master P.

Arg.

Most recently.....probably Gackt's Love Letter. I still listen to it sometimes though.

My mom got me aiko's Anata to Akushu as part of a Christmas gift a few years back. Thanks mum, but I never listen to it.

Nicholas Tse - Listen Up...
Got it for the 2 Cantonese tracks included at the time. Didn't really listen to afterwards.

SPEED - Carry On My Way
Gorgeous photos and packaging and Takako and Eriko look amazing in it, but I never listen to and only like one or two songs. Friends said it was quite good when I just started with Japanese music, and the CM for it did look bloody awesome.

Yumiko Cheng - One 2 Three
Nice photos.

Harry Potter and The Prisoner of Azkaban OST
You know when you're really into something and really want to own something from it but the DVD isn't out yet? Well, this is one of those.

Any Leon Lai CD

Jay Chow - Fantasy PLUS EP+VCD
Technically, I didn't choose to buy it, but I have it. I asked a friend visiting Hong Kong to buy 'Fantasy' and came back with the wrong one...

Alanis Morissette - So Called Chaos
Brought it because it was cheap around equilavalent to $7USD? Gave it a listen and wasn't all that impressive, anyone want to convince me otherwise?

Jewel - Pieces of you
I was under the impression it was a studio album, but it definately sounds like a live recording other than the 3 singles which were studio recorded. It's hard to get past the whole thing especially since the acoustics were particularly gorgeous. Luckily, cheap like above.

No Doubt - Tragic Kingdom
Cheap like above, and above. Brought it because the 'Single Collection' is never on discount, I love 'Spiderwebs' and 'Don't Speak', not that into the rest unfortunately.

Candy Lo - Flower Talk
Arguably her most commercial sounding and dullest release.

DVDs
hitomi huma-rhythm tour 2002
It looks fantastic when they showed two clips on 'music a', dull when you watch it in its entirely unfortunately, I've watched it once and it's been collecting dust since.

Any Ayu live/tour
You can have the most extravagant costumes and props, but it doesn't make up for poor vocals and a dull band. A live can't be less entertaining without the essentials. Luckily, people were eager to buy the ones I wanted to sell off. Though I kept the 2000 Tour since there were some nice original clips and she looked nice in it.

I got the Single Collection at a discount. RM30 only... Around USD8?

I can get it for the same price if it's the Indonesian/Argentina press, but the printing's all fuzzy and I don't want that since I'm all nitty-picky. The local version never goes below $18AUD.

Show Luo - Show Time
An impulse buy which I regretted as soon as stepped out of the CD shop (I usually NEVER regret impulse buys). I listened to it while doing intensive exercise, now it brings back horrid memories...

Marion Raven - Here I am
Not a bad album actually but I guess it isn't my cup of tea. My favourite tracks don't even stand out that much for me..

Ryan Cabrera - Take It All Away
i bought this album because i had downloaded an mp3 of ryan cabrera that i loved...it was some super slow depressing song...but then i listened to the cd and found that song was not on this album and every single song on here sucked so bad! ugh.

Sally Anthony - Vent
i only bought this because i thought she looked fun on the cover. i previewed the first song at the store and kind of liked it. too bad it was the only semi-decent song on the entire album. horrible horrible cd.

Every Little Thing - The Remixes III
i didn't realize that all the mixes on here were "cafe" style until after i'd already bought it...i was expecting something more club oriented and danceable. i mean, they're ok, but i rarely listen to this album.

Kelly Chen - Eternal Sunshine
None of the songs are memorable and I fell asleep watching the MVs.

Twelve Girls Band - Shining Energy
Freedom was such a cool song and I wanted to listen to more of their music and so I bought this CD. While I was listening to it I thought to myself "I feel like an old man listening to this...". Listened to it once and never touched it again.

Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory?
Just never actually gotten myself to listen to it. The only song I knew was Wonderwall.

Stefanie Sun - A Perfect Day
There were two songs that were excellent, two others that had some replay value, and the rest were just..not that interesting.

The last 3 sammi cheng albums. Her new stuff isn't as intriguing as her older ones. I think she's also trying to sing differently, which isn't working out for her.

Ayumi Hamasaki - MY STORY CD+DVD

The tracks were boring after a while unlike Memorial address' CD, the PVs were less nice than Memorial address' DVD which I bought at the same time.

As have I. Especially my Euro pop music collection. Though it is fun to go back and laugh at how crappy that music was.

Heeeeeeeey.....I really like my Twelve Girls Band cds.
I have three of them. I love them all.

True, I don't listen to them as often as other cds, but they're a nice change every now and again, and excellent works of musicianship.
I know, that doesn't mean you have to like them.

v_v *loves them very very much*
