Makes sense that they would try to get as much out of "M" as they could since Above & Beyond are so massive on the trance scene these days. But it is odd that the distribution is limited to Germany. Would be nice if some other labels got the rights to release it throughout Europe (and maybe even, dare I say, the US!).

This is quite confusing...

According to this site , the M Vinyl from September should've been like this:

1: Above & Beyond (Typhoon Dub Mix)
2: Above & Beyond (Vocal Mix)

And the other vinyl should've been like this:

1: Van Eyden Vs. MORPH Rmx
2: Tectonic Shift Vs. Andre Visior Rmx
3: Above & Beyond Instrumental Mix

But... this doesn't add up, since I remember seeing all 5 of these files available for download over a month ago... long before the release of the vinyl for this month. So... after using this site to see about finding the new vinyl, I find this:

10.06.2003 Ayu_-_M_Part_2-Vinyl-READ_NFO-2003-UDC

Searching for the 3 files of this vinyl online prove that it's the (Tectonic shift) and (Van Eyden) mixes! So... the question is, how is it that these 2 songs which weren't supposed to had been released yet end up being online over a month in advance? This is something which has been puzzling me for some time now, so I hope someone can shed some light on this...

The first vinyl from September (DRIZ3002-1) did indeed have the two A&B mixes. I have that. It came out around the 11th, like the one release date had it at.

I have seen a couple different dates for the second vinyl, the one with the Van Eyden, Tectonic, and A&B Instrumental tracks (DRIZ3002-2), but it has been out for a short while. I'm guessing the first two tracks showed up early was because they were leaked, someone got their hands on a promo or an early vinyl, etc.

Actually, Avex of USA has released many Ayu vinyls in small amounts. These were mostly given to clubs as promotions, as the vinyls would have a few club mixes (all of which are on the singles) on the A side and the original mix of the song on B side. The covers only consisted of the the single cover art, if that, and are considered very rare.
