oh, I bought the overseas version of the CD5" re-release of Ayu's "WHATEVER" - the one with more tracks than the CD3", and the Japanese version of Mika Nakashima's "FIND THE WAY"

Coolness. Ferry's extended vocal remix of that track is a favorite of mine.

I, myself, just got my copy of Forgiveness in the post yesterday

I've been waiting on my Forgiveness CD and the Kuraki Mai album I ordered... They were actually sent out on the 19th, and it's now 8 days since they were shipped, and no sign of them. Because I used my dad's card, and the address on it is his company, it usually takes at most 4 days to arrive. I think it's been delayed a bit because of the bank holiday in England on Monday - they may go through England to get here...

Cavi: that's the mix that made me discover Ayu!

Got my 2nd test order this weekend - Saturday to be precise - made me realize a few things:

1. All Jpop CDs must have these lose spine cards (that's what they are called, right?) with tracklisting and name of the artist. Oh, well, hang on, "kanariya" didn't
So, MOST Jpop CDs got it!
Unlike here
I think they are cool.

2. most of Ayu's CD5" must have come in jewel cases!

3. YesAsia is so cool compared to CDJapan (hello, try to make the rules a little MORE difficult, and you might lose some customers ) and HMV (yah, FedEx, give a mail service a fancy-smancy name and you can charge your customers anything you want, waste a month on delivery and...the rest I fear to predict )

what I got this time:
Ayu CDs:
SURREAL - Japanese version - because the overseas one was out of stock
evolution - Japanese version - same as above; also my sister's favorite Ayu-song
For My Dear... - overseas version - the rarest of her CD5 re-releases of the CD3 singles, one of the remixes on this I had been looking for ever since it came out (motsu from MOVE's remix, the "jazzy jet" one) and I only got to queue one copy of it on AudioGalaxy a year ago, and recently downloaded it on DC++

and Mika Nakashima's "ONE SURVIVE" since I love it, and I can't find a proper sounding MP3 of the single version of it, only the album version - which has a different arrangement - and Blaze's remix - I love it anyway

What I meant about this being the 2nd test order is that last time I tested their services in general, this time I tested the customs thing I've been worried about (that some of you might have noticed), and it worked too, so I can safely order from YesAsia as often as I like and as much as I like

well, not for real, but I managed to overdraft one of my banking accounts Not because of this, I ordered two of the "excerpts from ayu-mi-x III" CDs from HMV Crazy me... (yes, it was ludicrously expensive) They were nice enough to not bill me until after they had cleared the order, but I already had paid a bill so it was a little too little money left

Reminds me I have to blag someone about my paycheck, it's almost a forthnight too late I don't want to use of my college or vacation funds, I almost did

Since I'm in Cali I NEVER had a problem w/ waiting for an order. It was always at the most a week even w/ the cheapest option. Lucky, i guess.

Oh, and regarding spine cards, the japan versions of the ayu-mi-x II series don't come with them, and kanariya and fly high do but they're oddly shaped & placed.

Are they shipped from Japan? I wanted to buy some Ayumi CD's from Amazon...$60 for the one I wanted. With prices that high I didn't see any reason to deviate from my current plan of robbing musicians blind


I'd buy some though if they were priced normally...
