Help with jpopsuki?

So, I've been using jpopsuki for ageees and my share ratio is at like 2.0 or something and I've never broken the rules or whatever but all of a sudden I can't access the website or the tracker! I figured it has something to do with my ip address so can anyone help me get access back to it or explain what's going on?
