Big Bang (빅뱅) is a Korean hip hop group composed of five members. Although all members are involved in promotion, they do not sing all parts of each song as one; certain members are vocalists, while others are rappers. They are considered to be the new face of YG Family.

CURRENT ACTIVITY:

On February 8, 2007, Big Bang released its live concert album entitled "1st Concert Live Album - The Real" with 26,787 copies sold. They also released their own fragrance, "BB Bud's My First Fragrance (나의 첫번째 향기)," on May 18, 2007 after Se7en, another singer under the same company, released his “Touch by Se7en”. The fragrance sold over one million won after two weeks of its release, beating out "Touch by Se7en," which sold 60,000 won in Korea, Japan, and China in 2006 and 2,700,000,000 won combined in 2007.

Currently, lead vocalist of Big Bang, Tae Yang, is slated to release a solo single album in September, becoming the first member to go solo. According to representatives for YG’s Yang Hyun-suk, this solo endeavor came about as a result of Tae-yang’s recent performances as well as his vocal contributions to Lexy’s album. T.O.P. (Tempo) was also cast into the drama I Am Sam.

Big Bang is also scheduled to release a new mini album in August and an official album in November.

So, any Big Bang fans around? Big Bang are awesome, I've been a fan for quite some time now and they have to be one of the best Korean groups around right now!

My favourite members are Daesung and T.O.P..and my favourite songs would have to be, "Forever with you" feat.Park Bom, "Uso bonda" (Daesung's solo) and of course "Lalala". XD

I read the title and I thought they are releasing it today also XD
I hope they sing in Japanese, last time there wasn't much,
a lot of people said they sound horrible/awful in Japanese,
but to me they sound pretty good <3

they're SO GOOD. well i haven't really explored their album tracks, per se, but their singles are godly - Last Farewell, Lies, Dirty Cash, We Belong Together, With U, and ESPECIALLY their latest single Haru Haru is BRILLIANT! they're a bit generic, Usher-style hip-pop of sorts, but it's done ever so well. I recommened to everyone thats not in this thread already and therefore... not... reading... this

I am a BIG fan of Tae Yang (HUGE!) but I don't like most of Big Bang's stuff... their last CD was beyond terrible It's too bad cuz they're hawt.

I love the Korean language, it's so pretty OK I stopped hating "Haru Haru" now But their latest EP is definitely their worst.
