Japanese PVs are broadcasted on a local TV channel from my city

A few weeks ago, my TV was on in this channel and I wasn't paying attention and the woman hosting the show said: now watch "koda kumi feat FERGIE - That Ain't Cool". I gasped and looked "Am i listening well?" and it was it LOL I personally thought it was mostly because it had FERGIE so kuu was lucky to be broadcated here. But today my brother called me to look at the TV and when I saw it, they were playing ayu's evolution PV and after it they played some ASIAN KUNG FU GENERATION PV. It was definitely interesting, though it's not like I'll resort to that channel to watch anything japanese, since I already DL the PVs I want. I just thought it was cool

That's really awesome, Impact! O_O I mean, it's great and easy just to download the PVs that you want online, but it's really convenient to just turn on the channel and catch something. It makes it seem more "real," in my opinion. Plus, you may find a new band that you like.

I would prefer watching Asian PVs on my tv than my iPod..

Yeah, it could be useful, though i'm not really sure yet if they play them at random or if there's an specific time they will play these japanese PVs. But well, at least I know they do play them lol

What's the name of the channel?

The name of the channel is "TV união" (real lame name) and most of the production, broadcasting, etc is done in my city. It's quite a simple/poor channel tbh, and they mainly live of playing music videos (brazilian and american/british) and some journalism interviewing local people asking about some problems that exist in the city or interviewing some stars that eventually come here.

you seriously do not know how i would just LOVE if we had an asian music channel in NY. the japanese package on my cable company only has MUSIC JAPAN and MUSIC STATION, but you need to pay.
