Complete Album Collection

I wonder if they will ever do something similar with Ayu's albums, like what they did with Complete Single Collection.

I would love to buy a Complete Album Box with albums 1 to 11 including Memorial address

What do you guys think? Actually Avex could have bring out such an album box when they first released NEXT LEVEL (10th album) in my opinion.

That sounds like a good idea in theory, but ehh, I dont know I feel like it wouldnt do so well because most ayu fans have alot of her albums already soo, I dont know. I think its a good idea though!

it would sell millions if she retired or died cos imo there isn't a point in releasing something like this now cos she will keep putting out albums every year that the collection seems almost pointless...

^ Yeah, that would definitely be the only time this would sell well.... And even then, it would only have a chance of being a hit immediately after she died/retired, and I don't think it has a high chance of selling more than a million, either way....

Personally, I don't think I'd ever buy something like this. ^^' Not unless they, for some reason, decided to be extra nice and couple all the albums for an average price of 20USD or less per album or something, hah..... But then again, I already own all her albums, so yeah. >_>' And I'm sure any fan who would want to buy something like this already has enough of her albums for this to not be worth it.


So if they ever did decide to do some sort of album collection like this, they'd definitely have to go the extra mile and make it worth it for any and every fan. Big-ass photobooks, re-recorded songs, a handful of new and limited songs, rare video collection......Something like that......... Actually, then, I may CONSIDER buying it, depending on the content and price. ^_^'

On a similar topic, I would TOTALLY buy a collection of all her albums re-sung, even if it were, like, $400 or something. I'd love more than nearly anything to hear songs from her first four albums with her 'new' and, in my opinion, much better voice.

Seiko Matsuda released something like a complete everything boxset it was called Premium Diamond Bible and cost $850.

I'd personally wouldn't be interested in an all albums boxset unless it offered something exclusive like every album was resung because her albums are all still avaliable. A singles boxset would probably be better.

^ I might consider a singles boxset...... That would definitely be a better idea, since so many are completely out of print now! Even some really popular singles, like evolution and such, can't be found.

Yesss! She has, what, five albums without a DVD?? D: That's half her discography! Not that most of those PVs are even that great, hah... But there are some I do really like, and if they were available, I'd get them all, just for my collection.

Even though I would love to see the design of such box.. I think that would cost way too much... and like everyone said a lot of people have her albums already.. same goes for her singles... though it's a cool idea anyway

When utada released singles collection vol. 1. Taiwan had a special version where it came with a box, and the box had not only the singles collection compilation album, but it also had physically every single in the box from her first, up til the latest one (colors) on the cd. and they were in order that they were in the tracklist on the cd. Unlike how ayu just compiled a bunch of songs for a complete and released a bunch of mix cds. But if ayu ever attempted something like that (now that she's up to her 50th single) it would be huge. XD or even with albums. Especially if it was all cd/dvd version. 12 albums, 7 of them would be double the size (6 cd/dvd albums and loveppears which is 2 cds) I'd probably buy it though.

What would be really cool though is if ayu had a compilation box, that was every single album in cd only format. and then released a dvd with it containing all the pvs from every album (including those not on the albums like rainbow and part of me)

I actually wouldn't mind buying it, It'll be a great part of my collection since I'm 100% sure they'll make the box awesome and add some extra stuffs too if they ever decide to release one.

Yeah I actually want Singles Collection more, I don't have all of her singles so it'll be a good purchase but that would be huge, It'll be good if they release it in 6 volumes
1 volume = 10 singles and the other one is with the PVs and Bonus stuffs.

I think that this would be sooooo insanely expensive, but a good idea A Singles Collection would be awesome too (^_^) But with an album collection, they would have to have an awesome photobook, maybe compiling all of her other photobooks into one, and then adding a ton of new pictures *would love this*

That's a really nice collection! Eventually, that's going to be worth a bunch of money.

I would love a release of a box set of all the albums.. the only problem is I would be wasting some money since I already have 5 albums. Plus, avex might choose to release the CD only version or the CD+DVD version (which would only boast up the purchase price =/)
