HMV Online

Hey guys! Just want to know if any of you guys who use HMV online to order Ayu CDs. What's your opinion? Since I just register and I'm not sure if it is safe for me to use it~~~Please help~~

I use HMV Japan to order my JPop CDs & I like to use their services because they give generous discounts to CD + DVD's of singles/albums & also concert DVDs to their online members

but for items that doesn't have a discounted price , I use CDJapan

Shipping fee wise , since you're living in Asia like me , the EMS fee for 1 & 2 CDs is the same ie. 900 Yen

HMV Japan only uses EMS for their orders outside of Japan & they don't take PayPal :x , they accept only credit card for payment

are you planning to get Love songs since you started this thread ?

because if you're planning to get the CD + DVD edition , inclusive of EMS shipping , HMV Japan will charge you ￥4,016

CD + DVD of Love songs cost ¥3,990 but HMV Japan will charge you ￥3,116 for it before they add in the EMS shipping fee

HMV Japan unfortunately don't have any further discount they give to online members for the other 2 editions :O

Don't worry, I already pre-ordered all 3 versions of Love Song in CDJapan. I'm just curious~~

I used HMV JP to get the NEXT LEVEL USB in 2009. It was super fast shipping (faster than CDJ and YA) and no damage to the packaging.

I know that HMV HK folds posters to stuff in envelopes (luckily Utada's TiTO album poster was so plain lol) but since NL didn't come with one I can't say how HMV JP handles them.

HMV is certainly worth it if your only other options are YA or Amazon JP - it was way cheaper for me to get the USB from them than YA *__*

I usually don't buy Ayu from HMV since HMV tends to get a little late on the uptake regarding Ayu being available for pre-order, so I use CDJapan instead, but I use it for practically everything else. It's gotten over a thousand bucks from me in like a year and a half

but HMV JP is usually quite excellent. Fair EMS shipping quotes (2 items for 1200yen is NOT a bad deal at all), great sales from time to time, and overall an excellent selection.

And, yes, kendelle, HMV JP folds posters too.

yeah kendelle , HMV Japan also fold posters just like what HMV HK does

when I ordered all 3 editions of BREAKERZ's BUNNY LOVE / REAL LOVE 2010 single , the 2 CD + DVD's limited editions came with B3 sized calendar posters as 1st press items & HMV folded them

I have no issues with it since they did that before when I ordered both CD Only's of their Angelic Smile / WINTER PARTY where they also came with B2 sized posters of the guys xD
