[Kagome-chan]

the GazettE (ガゼット) is a five member Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene, their look varying wildly from single to single and album to album, but their sound is always unmistakably 'Gazette' rock. They are one of the most popular bands on the PS COMPANY label. They were previously known as Gazette before the release of their second album NIL in early 2006. The band formed in January of 2002 in the Kantou area of Japan. the Gazette is signed to the major label Sony Music Entertainment, recently transferring from KING RECORDS in 2010.
Although rock music is definitely the soul of this group, they're not afraid to experiment with their sound, and their songs range from soft ballads to punk rock to some with hip-hop elements.

the GazettE will release a new single, titled Red, on September 22nd.

"Red" is the 10th major and 18th overall single released by the GazettE. Their 19th single "PLEDGE", which was announced alongside this single, will be released in December of 2010. This was released in two different versions: an Optical (CD+DVD) Impression edition containing a DVD of the title song's PV along with its making of, and an Auditory (CD only) Impression edition coming with the B-side song "AN UNBEARABLE FACT".

In case anyone missed their new look.

Uruha's hair seems to be a reddish color. Reita looks the same, the headband thing reminds me of the pirate guy from Acid Black Cherry. lol. Ruki is back to straightish hair, yay~ Kai has nice hair and Aoi is just Aoi. Not a big fan of those streaks. lol. Now that I look at the image again it looks like 4/5 have the same hair color. xD

I can't wait o hear a longer preview for Red. I love the covers. Especially the Auditory impression. <3

frankly speaking i dun really like ruki's new outlook, esp his makeup, i prefer him to be more "darkside"... :/ reita and kai, c'mon GazettE's stylists, come out a more dramatic change on their looks? :X always the same..

i miss the old GazettE.. DIM-era was the BEST

Old Gazette is Madara and before. DIM is about as new as you can get.

and I absolutelly loved the new apparences of Reita and Ruki. Though Reita with blond hair looked more dramtic in my oppinion, but i still like the change

Erm. Reita has ALWAYS looked pretty much the same since the very beginning? His hair has very minor changes from what I remember off the bat, longish straight to shorter spiky to longish spikey now. No use in complaining about it now. It's understandable how you feel about it but meh that's how it is and probably how he wants it. I personally don't mind.

I'm not going to lie, I think this is the BEST LOOK this group has ever had. This is the first time ever I can say all 5 members look hot! (Haha, I'm so superficial when it comes to Gazette...) I didn't even recognize Ruki... wow, what a change. His hair looks amazing!! Aoi has an annoying habit of covering his face with his hand... come on, put your hand down!

Hmm.. I have mixed feelings on the new material they've been releasing. In a way, I'm glad they're going back to their "old" sound from NIL era-ish... but nothing's really blown me away.
