[2007] Distance or A Best: Battle of the Albums!

Alright people! Let's keep clean and fair! No bashing and such.

Okay everyone of us should know about the Distance and the A Best battle between Japan's fave two female artist. I haven't seen a thread that dared put this two albums...so if you guys would so kindly as to pick ur fave album between two!

Plz, if you could, base it on the music not just bcuz she's ur fave artist!

My pick: Distance cuz I feel all the music was just right where as A Best (I know it's a greatest hits album, so don't get smart with me! lol), Some of the songs that where on there, I didn't like of Ayu's. So Distance it is!!!

I've always seen Utada more as a singles artist. Her album tracks rarely wow me.
So I vote (Well, if there was a poll I would) for Ayu.

No offense, Hikki, but "Distance" really isn't my fav Hikki album. and, A BEST is of such a higher quality to me.

To be fair, you can't really compare "A BEST" with "Distance". Distance was just Hikki's 2nd album, "A BEST" was Ayu's first best of. =\

Not accurate... there are a lot of people that like hikki more than ayu and ayu didn't always win in her polls.

But I think that putting ayu in every "Better" thingy is pretty... um why is it always happening that people put ayu Vs. someone else x_x gah.

Anyway I chose A BEST, though Distance is my most favorite album of hikki, A BEST is much superior... at least for me and it has some my most favorite songs of ayu, and it's like one of ayu's BESTs...

If it was Distance vs. A Song for XX (though it has some huge songs) Distance would win xD.

A BEST. IT's ayu's best. I like ayu's music much more than hikki's on a general level, and I only really care for hikki's latest releases. I'd rather listen to H!P's douyou pops than Distance.

I believe that ayu's and hikki's albums aren't betterable 'cause they are all awesome that's why I don't like ayu vs. hikki stuff.

Well, I mean most of us do say the Ayumi is the best without actually putting her up against an artist that is gaining more popularity (i.e. Ayaka or Koda Kumi) I don't even like Koda Kumi but most of us can't go around saying that she's better than her. That's just the way it goes.

Well, I'm doing this for fun....and plus most of us like Ayu and Hikki. lol I like Hikki vs Ayu bcuz I know that it's a debate that can go on for centuries and people do bring up good points about the two.

But just think about it, If this was a Ayumi vs Koda, Majority of us would prolly pick Ayumi and that'll started the "This is an Ayumi Forum and this and that".....and than here comes the bashing and so on.

Well I don't like HATE these threads but sometimes people can actually be so mad because of people's opinions and end up not liking ayu or hikki because of it... that's the only reason.
If people wouldn't take it seriously then I wouldn't care but a lot of people does.

I really love ayu and hikki so I don't mind much.

For example People can be like gah you said it about ayu!? then I won't listen to hikki, now I hate her

and horibble stuff like that lol.
