CDL 12-13 Denim colorful outfit
I wanted to ask if anybody had any more photos of this outfit. I've taken some screencaps from the DVD, but I'm hoping to find more pictures that allow me to see more detail--particularly those that appear after the concert first opens, and are sold at the unofficial fan stands. ^^;
I'm hoping to make this outfit--my second attempt at Ayu cosplay for a concert--in time to wear to this year's arena tour (which I'm hoping will be announced very soon!). I attached a couple pictures that I do have of the outfit so people can see what I'm talking about. It's what Ayu wore during You & Me, plus another song before and after...I'm forgetting which. ^^; |

HD screen caps would also be lovely, because mine aren't that clear. Anyone?

As a passionate cosplayer myself (at the moment I am working on AT12 eyes smoke magic and AT10 Last Angel costumes) I'd love to share some screencaps with you. Here you go:

These are beautiful! Thank you so much!
Do you ever post pictures of your cosplay? To be honest, I'm kind of nervous about this one, given the denim. |

I hope I can post pics as soon as they both are finished, but this will still take a while. Considered that I have to apply all that bling onto the AT12 dress and shoes and I still need some fabric (which I can't afford at the moment) for the AT10 costume.
I want to finish the basic dress this weekend, so that I can start to hotglue and god knows what to apply the bling. Did you do other cosplays before? I'm sure that you'll do great. Try to make it step by step and maybe, if you have questions, you could PM me (if you want to). Perhaps I can help you? I did the Bubble Dress from the Musical Wicked and two Kalafina stage dresses (I even got to meet Kalafina wearing those dresses on a con in 2012. That was soooo much fun!)

Oh, awesome! Good luck with the shimmer! I'm trying to take baby steps, since I'm no sewer (though my mom is incredible...she's made an 1862-style ballgown, plus a corset, various tops, and all my Halloween costumes growing up). I've only "officially" completed one costume before, and a very easy one, because I didn't have access to a sewing machine: Arena Tour 2002 M (http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xr9...002-live_music), which was relatively easy.

Oh that one I really love. Especially the top. I did have sewing lessons when I was like 10 years old, but never did anything after that lessons. In 2010 I started again (with A LOT of help ;-P) to sew this dress (Dance of the Vampire musical). My friend went as the Count of Krolock and it was so much fun. The vampire actresses and actors walked through the rows in the audience and always tried to "attack" me and my friend. (we always sat in the first row so it was very easy to spot us ^_^)
Ballgown: http://tanzdervampire-fanclub.erna-m...a4148e9dede48b Count of Krolock: http://tanzdervampire-fanclub.erna-m...6ccb87ac56ff0d And later on I started the Bubble Dress. I did it by trial and error. if something didn't work out I looked all over the internet for advice and started again. The dress was finished the night before our musical visit. Up until 1 am my friend and I glued the sequins onto the dress and then I had to leave the petticoat behind, cause it wouldn't fit into my luggage *cries*. The dress is so huge and heavy. The skirt alone weighs about 3kg... So I see you have a very experienced mentor with you mom at your side. But still I would be happy to give advice, if I am able to help.
