Nope. I think that's actually her grandparents tbh, cuz Mariko isn't NEARLY old enough for that to be her in this photo.

I remember this pic to be her parents too. The lady doesn't look that old. It's probably the style of the 70's that made her looked old.

She doesn't look that old, sure, but look at Mariko NOW. One, THAT is not Mariko's mouth lol, and two, Mariko NOW doesn't look like this person 30 years later.

Also, Ayu has said repeatedly that she doesn't know what her father's face looked like. Seems odd that WE'D know what his face looks like, don't you think?

These two DO look like they're related to Ayu & her mom. Mariko looks like a combination of these two, tbh. To me the theory makes a lot of sense.

We have seen her mother before IIRC in some TV things (LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! or something? Hosted by JE?), but I am pretty sure she doesn't have photos of her with her father. I recall her saying she doesn't really remember what he looks like or that many of the photos were missing from her childhood.

I think the woman in the photo with Christopher in LA is her mother since she seemed to refer to her as what she normally would always call her actual mother, and not the nickname she had for Mikajohn. Also I THINK Ayu mentioned it in a reply and Christopher was the one who said it was Mariko initially in his Twitter post along with the photo. Not sure about the audience member though.

I just started following Christophe on twitter. He RT something that Lisa Vanderpump posted. I tweeted them saying that I wonder if Lisa and ayu know each other. They probably do, since Villa Blanca is one of ayu's favorite restaurants in LA, and Lisa owns it. Would be cool to see a pic of them together.

Yeah, I remember this picture being posted before, and I remember it was mentioned back then that it was her grandparents, not her parents.
