Ticketcamp question

I want to go to a BTS concert in Saitama in June, and as I don't live in Japan I have to buy via reseller shops. I've seen a lot of people recommending tecketcamp, however you need a Japanese address and a phone number to register.

Do they send a confirmation code to the phone number or am I good to go if I just type it in during the registration? In other words, will simply providing a hotel/tenso phone number work?

Also, as shipping the tickets to tenso is not an option, would I be able to use my hotel's address to register?

I don't have any friends living in Tokyo, so I can't ask anyone to help me...

My friend tried signing up for Ticketcamp and they needed a Japanese phone number to send a SMS verification code too. He somehow bypassed it, but idk how. Sorry I can't be more help. You could also try ordering the tickets through a shopping service like Japonica or Celga

Could you ask your friend how he bypassed it please? I'm a bit scared to use services like celga to get the tickets because most resellers send the tickets 1 week before the concert and I'm not sure if Celga will be fast enough to send the tickets to me so that they arrive at my hotel before the concert

Please don't use Celga , I have extremely bad experiences with them as they handled my fanclub related matters very unprofessionally

Maybe you can contact the middleman I use for help ?

http://japanauction.byethost11.com/

He's based in Sapporo though but unlike Celga , he's professional on what he does

Maybe I could use that site to subscribe to a mobile fanclub that I can't easily access (e.g. Sayuri Sugawara's - http://splay.mobi/ - which requires a Japanese phone, not accepting credit cards directly)? I know it's off-topic, but somewhat related...

Oh no, I already applied via Celga because I couldn't find alternatives I hope I'm lucky and receive my tickets on time...

I use Celga for all my FC matters since 2012 and never had any problems. I also already used them for tickets and getting them in time one week prior wasn't a problem.
I'm currently using them again for my Kuu concert this year.
So for me they're actually my recommendation.

And my usual contact offered me to show me her hometown as I'm currently living in Japan, which is so nice!
And actually surprising for such a quite big company to get a personal response (in a business e-mail, I was so surprised!). Guess she remembers me as I'm a good customer.

You're lucky Marika because what I experienced with Celga wasn't pleasant so for you to say you have nothing but positive experience with them , I'm surprised

Also I don't think Celga is a big company . It feels more like a 1 man show except in this case , their customer service is stationed in both USA & Japan

I don't know if things are different now but I could be wrong

For the middleman I use to handle my BREAKERZ fanclub matters , he's really a 1 man show , he doesn't employ anyone else to help him . The only drawback is that he resides in Sapporo & not Tokyo

For auction related stuff and/or buying songs on Recochoku , now I relay on people I know who lives in Japan and not the middleman

Thank you, I'm a little bit relieved after your reply as I was getting anxious I hope I'm as lucky as you are. I sent them a request form on Thursday and still haven't got any confirmation that they purchased the ticket, but maybe it's because today is a public holiday in Japan. Edit: Nevermind, I just received an email from them and apparently they've placed the order.
